Lifetime Warranty

All jewellery purchased from Star Diamond NYC comes with a lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in material or craftsmanship. Our lifetime warranty ensures that your piece will always be maintained to the highest standard.

What’s Covered:

Manufacturing Defects: This includes issues such as loose settings, broken prongs, or other defects due to craftsmanship.

Polishing and Cleaning: Bring your jewellery in for free professional polishing and cleaning to maintain its shine.

What’s Not Covered:

Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dents, and other minor damages from everyday use are not covered.

Damage from Misuse: Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or unauthorised repairs will not be covered under this warranty.

Loss or Theft: Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen jewellery. We recommend insuring your valuable pieces separately.

How to Use the Warranty

To claim your warranty, simply contact us at sales@stardiamondnyc.com or call us at +1 (973 619 2492). We will inspect your jewellery and provide a free repair or replacement if the issue is covered by the warranty.

Regular Maintenance

To ensure your jewellery remains in pristine condition, we recommend bringing it in for inspection every 6 months. We will check for loose stones, worn prongs, and any other signs of wear that may need repair.
